Through collaboration with Pulaski County Adult Education steppingstone residents are supported in pursuing GED completion, skills training, and workforce readiness programs that lead to sustainable employment.

Consuting and asset management
We are partnered with Cornerstone for our Real Estate needs. They find the right properties that meet all of our requirements and handle deals for us from end to end. They provide opportunities for clients to learn about real estate investing through internship programs.

Healing Waters Ministry is our valued partner and provides our clients with food security in addition to other generous donations. They also provide a place for us to volunteer and give back to the community through service.

A Note for Investors
The Steppingstone Foundation is based and operates in Census Tract 47 which qualifies as an LIC under the NMTC program. Our model aligns with the program’s objectives around community revitalization, workforce development and long-term economic stability. And we are open to exploring NTMC- supported capital structures in partnership with qualified CDEs. Our 501(c)(3) designation is currently pending..
